Tomorrow's Gubernatorial Debate: Crist, Davis, and Linn ??

A Broward County judge has ruled that Max Linn, Reform Party candidate for governor, must be admitted to Tuesday night’s gubernatorial candidate’s debate between Republican Charlie Crist and Democrat Jim Davis. It isn’t clear at the moment exactly what that means. According to one spokesman for Leadership Florida, one of the debate’s sponsors, the organization still has a chance to appeal the ruling and will do so.

This will indeed be interesting if Linn survives the appeal. In most cases, a stay of an order is automatically granted when the judgment is appealed. The question will be if the appeal can take place in time for the debate to start. More on this subject tomorrow as it is reported.
